blogger blogs are perfectly acceptable as long as they follow all the AdSense policies. Any website would be rejected too if it doesn't follow policy.
Is all your content original - in other words, did you copy the content of your blog from other places? If so, it's suitable content (therefore a page type error).
How long has your blog been existence? For some countries a blog or site must be 6 months old before it's gets approval. (China and India are two of them) If it isn't 6 months old, you would probably get the page type issue as well.
I also don't see the required privacy policy for AdSense (see the link)
